Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Wolf Trade AI (wolftradeai.in) and the Android app com.mastertradex.app collect when you use the product. The Android app is a native shell of the same website. It is decision-support software, not a broker and not SEBI-registered investment advice.
What we collect
- Account: name, mobile number, email, and password (stored hashed on our servers).
- Session: sign-in events and which devices are currently signed in (up to 2 devices).
- Subscription: plan, scan/hour allowance, and payment status. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay — we do not store full card numbers.
- Content you enter: trading journal notes, radar scan history, support messages, and demo-booking name / email / WhatsApp.
- Live market data (optional): if you connect a broker feed, access tokens stay on the server for market data only. The app does not place, modify, or cancel orders.
- Optional AI keys: if you paste a Gemini / OpenAI / OpenRouter key in Profile, it stays in that browser or WebView unless you clear it.
- Device: the Android app requests Internet and network state only. We do not ask for contacts, SMS, location, camera, or storage.
Why we use it
- Create and protect your account, and apply the plan you paid for.
- Show charts, Genome Scans, Live Analysis, journal, and help.
- Process subscription payments and send service email (for example demo confirmation).
- Fix sign-in or access problems when you write to the desk.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share only what a vendor needs to run the product:
- Hosting / database providers that store the site and account records.
- Razorpay for checkout.
- Email delivery for desk and demo mail from admin@wolftradeai.in.
- A broker you choose, only after you connect that feed, for live market data.
Retention and deletion
Account and journal data stay while the account is active. Email admin@wolftradeai.in from the registered mobile or email to request correction or deletion. We keep records required for tax, fraud, or dispute for as long as Indian law requires.
Security
Traffic uses HTTPS. Broker tokens are not placed in browser URLs or public logs. No method is perfectly secure; keep your password private.
Children
The product is for adults who can lawfully use market software in India. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
